Tickets may be purchased online or at the Lisner Box Office from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. or until the event is sold out. GWorld cards may be used in person at the Lisner Box Office (Please note: dining dollars cannot be used).

Limited Discounted Tickets Available
Thanks to the philanthropic generosity of a GW family, a limited number of discounted tickets will be available for the GW Inaugural Ball. These tickets will cost $67.50 each, rather than the listed price of $135. Discounted tickets are ONLY available for students with demonstrated financial need who are in good academic, judicial, and financial standing and enrolled in Spring 2017 classes or December 2016 graduates. Priority will also be given to students who were not enrolled at the university in 2012-2013, and who would not have had an opportunity to attend the 2013 Ball.
This application form is now closed. Students receiving a discounted ticket will be notified by 5pm on Monday, November 7, 2016. General tickets for the GW Inaugural Ball go on sale on Tuesday, November 8, 2016.
A student may only receive ONE discounted ticket to the GW Inaugural Ball. The ticket must be picked up in person at the GW Ticketing Box Office, and the remaining cost ($67.50) must be paid at that time.
Included in Ticket
Heavy hors d'oeuvres, soft drinks, and shuttle transportation are included in your ticket price.
Drink tickets for alcoholic beverages are an additional charge and proof of ID will be required onsite.

Purchaser of the ticket(s) must enter their GWid in order to purchase.
Attendees may purchase 2 tickets maximum. Tickets sold out on Election Day in 2013.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
After your purchase, you should have received an email message containing a link to print your ticket(s). If tickets are lost or stolen, or you cannot find the email you received, University Ticketing will issue replacement tickets and cancel the original tickets. Please contact the GW Ticketing Office at firstname.lastname@example.org or 202-994-6800 by 3 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18. To claim replacement tickets you must either:
present a government-issued photo ID and the credit card, or credit card number, used to purchase the original tickets, or
present a government-issued photo ID and the email confirmation of your purchase.
Customer service is available at the Omni Shoreham Hotel on the evening of the Inaugural Ball if you have an issue with your ticket(s).
